Our personal trainers possess the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to design safe and effective fitness programs. They will help you reach your personal health and fitness goals. We offer a variety of classes including Group HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, Cycling, TRX, Zumba, Kick Boxing, Yoga & more.

Established in 2008, RPM Fitness is a family owned and operated full service facility.
We moved in to our current home at 120 Banks Street in Winthrop in 2010 after spending two years as just a cycling facility, and we have been continuously expanding within the building since then.
A yoga studio, a new cycling room, and more space in the open gym area have been added.
We have stayed true to our roots, as cycling is still amongst our most popular classes, and is offered 1-2 times day!
Although the RPM is class oriented, there is more than enough space and equipment for members to do any routine on their own!

Monthly Auto-Renew Memberships will be charged automatically every month to one (1) credit/debit card as the method of payment.
A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation.
A $50 enrollment fee ensures that your rate will not increase for the duration of the membership (until termination).
New memberships are subject to new rates.
Family Plan Memberships will be charged to one (1) credit/debit card, and members must live in same household.
Enrollment fee will not exceed $100.
Fam Plan memberships will not exceed 3 individuals per membership.

These trainer-led workouts will consist of resistance training regiments constructed with the goals of improving muscular endurance, building muscular strength, improving body composition and flexibility, as well as increasing aerobic capacity.
You can expect some supersets, compound sets, complexes, circuit interval training and more!
Exercises can range from lifting weights to flipping tires, pushing sleds, and using resistance bands, battle ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls, chains, and more.
