We come together to escape the day-to-day and celebrate our individual journeys bringing us into the best version of ourselves. Our community works together, inspires together, sweats together and creates incredible things together. THIS is what our group fitness is all about. Playing our part for the betterment of others. Our spin classes are designed to leave you in your glory and come back begging for more. Rides are low-impact, high-intensity, full-body cardio workouts designed to challenge the body, clear the mind and replenish the soul.

Your body craves a thoughtful combination of cardio, strength, and recovery in a week's time, and our system was created so you don't have to think about how to fit those components into your schedule.
Developing healthy eating habits & a healthy lifestyle isn't a journey that should be spent alone!
Now that you are spending more time at home gives you a chance to start exploring more.
This will run once a month on-line via zoom.
We provide you with the recipes and the follow along instructions!

Time of day will be different depending on the type of recipe.
A perfect opportunity to learn cooking tips- chat- stay active and keep connected at a distance.
Your living room was made for more than just lounging on the couch.
Join the Garage community from the comfort of your own home, hotel or backyard.
Choose a 60-minute class when you have the time or jump on a 20-minute challenge video to compliment your other workouts, to assist in your focused recovery or to knock out an extra 20-minutes of abs.
As you Bounce & Bosu the sweat will be dripping down your face, into your eyes and well into every crevice of your body.
BARRE on the Bridge suited for all fitness levels.
Our method uses your own body weight, the bridge as your barre to create a kicka$$ workout that allows you to feel your inner strength and leave class feeling strong & confident.
