Our passionate and knowledgeable coaching staff will strive to help you reach any goal, both inside and outside the gym. No matter where you start, you will be pushed to become a better version than when you started. Theresa Struck started Struck Fitness because her story was the same story many of her clients face. She too had to overcome all the obstacles that keep people from living a healthy life.

Our goal is to provide an environment for success, where your coaches will guide you through each step of the journey. We want to hear your fitness goals, assess a good starting point, and even let you try out a class for free! Theresa's classes offer a challenging and effective workout for women of any physical fitness, in a fun, safe and welcoming environment.

I find that I can get a great workout, that fits within my schedule, targeting all major muscle groups. I have felt physically and emotionally stronger since I started. The community of amazing women that workout there are so positive and we push each other so we can be the best that we can be.

Simply put, Struck Fitness Boot Camp's mission is to help you, "Discover your inner superhero."
After spending time in our facility and with our team we want our members to walk out of our doors after a workout and feel like they are better version of themselves.
It isn't the scientific sum of calories, workouts and weight that keeps our members returning.
It is not the cutting edge equipment and technology.
It is the people that count.
Our team cares about guiding and encouraging each and every member to obtain the goals they seek for themselves.
We are currently offering over 100 classes each month to fit into your busy schedule.
Many of our clients enjoy 4 classes a week membership that includes nutrition plans, accountability, and weekly calls to action.
Our programs are designed to meet all levels and with scream-free motivators and a supportive, inclusive environment.
The fast-paced, ever-changing circuit of strength and cardio exercises keeps bodies guessing and minds from becoming bored.
Limited group size, slower-paced, low-impact workouts that let you work on balance, strength, flexibility.
Our Jr Boot Camp program is developed specifically for kids and is always scalable based upon your kid's ability.
Do you want your Middle Schooler to be more active?
Or feel more confident in themselves and their athletic ability?
Do you simply want them out of the house and away from screen time?
Whatever your reason - or theirs's- we offer them a chance to work out like adults in a safe environment that's full of positive reinforcement.
They will train hard and learn it's OK to make mistakes, it's ok to NOT be the fastest, it OK NOT to be perfect, but it's NOT OK to quit or give up.
What does it take?.It takes a passionate, knowledgeable trainer to show you what to do, and keep you on the right track.
But that's not all we offer, either.
You'll love both our supportive, fun community, and our exciting, quick and new workout routines ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.
On top of that, you'll be able to benefit from one-on-one nutritional guidance, rounding out a fail-safe approach to fitness that may just shock you with the type of success you will quickly begin to see.
We'll provide you with support and accountability in your nutrition program to help promote weight loss.

We offer guidance and coaching through a short term "Reset" program to help you identify and eliminate foods that you are reactive to and do not serve your new fit life.
Then we back that up with long term weight loss and nutrition coaching so that you can create the habits you need to live and eat healthy outside of the gym.
