Track Your Fitness has been designed with YOU in mind, starting with our state of the art InBody270, providing our clients with weekly body composition assessments to track their progress and gain an understanding of muscle mass vs body fat. Our facility features top of the line equipment from Life Fitness, Hammer Strength and Cybex. Every aspect of Track Your Fitness was designed with one goal, to help you MAXIMIZE YOUR POTENTIAL!
Services
Our personal training staff is a highly experienced group of certified personal trainers and coaches from all different backgrounds.
The initial assessment, including a body composition using the InBody 270, will help us place you with the proper trainer to meet your desired goals.
Weekly assessment using the InBody 270 are included with every personal training package, allowing us to TRACK your progress to determine if the program is the most beneficial to you, and if not, to make the proper adjustments for you to MAXIMIZE YOUR POTENTIAL!
