Younique Fitness was developed to individually support the clients in obtaining optimal health and wellness.
I grew up in a very athletic family.
My teen years were shaped by sports and I was able to achieve success in the areas of track and basketball.
Once I had my diploma in hand, I continued my education at Norfolk State University to study Social Work, earning a Bachelor's and Master's of Social Work degree.
After getting married, we relocated to Maryland.
While working as a School Social Worker I had the opportunity to coach, teach, and condition youth for basketball which helped me to realize my passion for helping people meet their fitness, cardio conditioning, and lifestyle goals.
