Our health club offers affordable membership rates, more than 20 group exercise and aerobics classes every single week, plus top of the line weight training and cardio equipment, including free weights.

Our training includes Stott Pilates training on the "Rehab V2 Max Plus" Reformer, and also the "Cadillac/Trapeze Table."
Pilates is a series of exercises designed specifically around the body's core, and helps improves balance, posture, flexibility, and overall strength.
At Tryon Health & Fitness Club we offer Stott Pilates, which is a contemporary form of Pilates, but instead of the exercises being designed around a straight spine, they're designed around the natural curvature of the spine.
