Studio 573 was created in Jefferson City, Missouri. The Studio 573 experience is led by training-instructors and provides a calorie blasting, interval training, low to high impact classes, to get your heart pounding and body moving. Here at the studio, we offer cardio-treadmill circuit training, kickboxing-boxing, strength training, pilates, barre, and yoga (also hot) for all level of clients.
Everything is tailored for your level and your goals. The studio has a great atmosphere and community! The trainers are very helpful and push you to keep going. The classes offer a lot of variety and it was easy for a beginner like me to find classes I enjoyed. Love it here! The workouts are incredible and there's so many to choose from at different cardio & strength levels!
The trainers are very knowledgeable and are there for you as an individual! It feels like a home away from home! I have been coming to 573 for about a month now! Being fairly consistent, I love the flexibility of the schedule, the push the trainers give you and the feeling of satisfaction I get from knowing I totally KILLED each workout.

A ballet inspired pilates class that also combines some of the disciplines of yoga.
Using small hand weights, stability balls, and bands, you will firm and tone those muscles in no time!
This class is great for gaining core strength and overall body toning.
Inspired by the traditional early morning Bootcamp style, this class is designed to get you moving and ready to start your day.
We combine weight training, endurance, and overall body strength.
We use a combination of different circuits, including Woodway treadmills, Concept 2 rowers, weights, and stability bands.
Using small hand weights, stability balls, and bands, you will firm and tone those muscles in no time!
