I'm challenged in each session and feel like I've gotten a lot back that I lost immediately after college.

The people are great! The trainers take the time to know everyone, so you feel like you're hanging out with friends rather than just being directed in your workout. It's also nice to work with someone who knows you and adjusts your training depending on how your body's reacting on a particular day. It's personalized in every way. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Masters of Health Education with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology and Public Health from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Jeff has gained over 13 years of training experience and holds numerous national certifications.
He believes in the notion that lasting results are mostly psychological.
The best training is achieved not only from physical progress but increases in mental well-being as well.
He believes clients must have fun or they won't be come back.
Studies have shown camaraderie, support and accountability will promote positive behavior change that translates into improved results.
We not only want to increase the client to trainer relationship, but initiate a client to client relationship as well.

The consult is a private session with one of our trainers.
He or she will; discuss your fitness, health and wellness objectives and conduct a movement screen, to determine the best way to design your custom training plan.
Each plan will teach you the limits of your body and the best practices for it, not just inside the gym but also in your daily life activities.
After choosing your contract free training package, we will set you up with homework videos, custom warm-up exercises (based upon movement screen), and subscribe you to our newsletter list.
