Your Success, My Goal Boot camp is fantastic!
I did the morning work outs and the group is usually 10-12 people tops and the only thing you all do together is the warm up!
He pays attention to each persons goals and gives you specific work outs to meet them.
I went for 30 days before my trip to Hawaii and I couldn't believe the shape I was in backpacking the Kalalau trail!
I moved to GA right after my trip, but if I had stayed in Oakland I would have continued going to this boot camp indefinitely.
