There is more information given than what I have shown you here, but I think you get the idea. It doesn't need to be an overwhelming challenge when it comes to eating for health. If you take a step back and relax a bit, it does come together. Use the same Daily Food Plan calculator for your children ages 2 and up, to see how many calories for healthy growth and development you should be serving.

Along with activity sheets, you also will find meal and snack ideas to help plan your weekly shopping. Start your week out with a plan for yourself and your family to eliminate meal time chaos and stress. If you still find this a challenge or have questions on how to implement some of these idea, feel free to contact me or see me at Snap Fitness, Ringwood for a nutrition consultation.

If you have taken inventory of your warm weather clothing, and found it a bit of a squeeze, rather than be disheartened why not take inventory of your TIME? Some of the issues I run into with our clients is of course, weight management.

You more than likely, have the idea that if you do more and eat less, you can whip yourself back into shape.
How difficult can that be?
