2. If you are new to CrossFit, our gym, or the movements we do, please know that rather than holding a "beginners" class, we onboard all new members through our current classes. CrossFit is universally scalable to fit all fitness levels, and the coach is there to recommend appropriate movements for each athlete.

Each 1-hour class consists of a coach-led warm up, a strength section directed by the coach where each member lifts weight appropriate to him or her, and finally a workout of the day, during which athletes will complete a version of the workout appropriate for their fitness levels.

Angry Mike's coaching staff has many years of coaching experience.
All of our coaches are CF-L1 trainers and have a myriad of other Fitness or USAW-related certifications.
We offer classes in CrossFit, Olympic Lifting (Barbell), Yoga, and Kids CrossFit.
Our goal is to help everyone that comes to the gym reach their own goals, no matter what it takes!
Our coaches are focused on making our athletes better and will provide suggestions and corrections in order to give everyone the best workout possible.
