In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. Every trainer is certified with a nationally recognized certification to ensure the utmost quality for our clients. With our personal training program, we cater to each individual's direct needs to reach their fitness goals. We design each program customized to the client's workout schedule, injuries and limitations, experience and most importantly, what they want to achieve.

Gentle Yoga classes offer a space for students of all levels and experience to gain strength and balance through gentle stretching and foundational yoga poses. This class is perfect for all bodies regardless of previous experience.

In 2016, the Maximum Fitness journey began after opening in the small town of Walkersville, located in Frederick County, MD.
Although the opening was recent, it was years in the making through hard work and dedication by its owners, Vaughn and Michelle Whitfield.
Health and Wellness Coaching is an excellent tool to assist you in progressing down the path of behavior change in order to reach your optimal health.
During these coaching sessions, the coach will walk with you through the process of developing and implementing your own personal wellness plan.
These plans can address any number of variables related to your personal health and wellness including but not limited to weight loss, nutrition, physical activity, smoking cessation, and stress management.
