There are so many positive things to say about Blackbird Crossfit. The owners Matt and Rebekah along with all of the coaches have really built something special. Blackbird is not just a place you workout at, it truly is a community that changes lives every day. The coaches do an amazing job at making CrossFit accessible for people of all fitness levels.
They emphasize correct form in the movements and also stress proper nutrition. I had never done CrossFit before stepping foot into Blackbird and I'm thankful that I stumbled upon this amazing group of people that I'm proud to be a part of. We have fallen for Blackbird completely. The people, the community, the family atmosphere, everything.
For me, It was scary to step out and try something new at a CrossFit gym, but the encouragement and competition is so motivating that your confidence can't help but grow and quickly I just felt at home.I'm just so thankful that we are part of this place! Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled class time to meet with the coach and get ready for our group warm up.
Your free trial includes 2 classes in a week period and childcare.
After the free trial, if you feel that Blackbird CrossFit is a good match for you, we will get you signed up for our Foundations for Beginners Program.
The Foundations Course is the required 1st month for all of our members who are new to CrossFit.
It consists of a pre and post 1-on-1 Discovery Session, InBody Body Composition Scan and measurements, 4 separate instructional classes, PLUS unlimited attendance to our regular classes during that month.
Your free trial includes 2 classes in a week period and childcare.
After the free trial, if you feel that Blackbird CrossFit is a good match for you, we will get you signed up for our Foundations for Beginners Program.
