The best way to heal ourselves is through exploration. Every time I step on my mat I'm practicing personal regeneration. Although we all age differently and no one can workout, breathe, meditate or eat right for you, it's a lot easier when you have an experienced guide. Through a combination of yoga, resistance training and body rolling, I've found the sweet spot to healing body problems and getting in shape.

I've taken all that I've learned to create an inner peace in my body, mind and spirit that I want to share with you. Aging doesn't have to be about deterioration. Body rolling and weight-bearing exercise keep your muscles and bones strong and improve joint function. No matter what your goals or fitness level our tribe has a place for you. Over 20 years ago I fell in love with yoga.
