This class is a FREE 30 minute class for gym members, $10/person for guests, or 10 classes for $60! Ephraim Fitness is here to help you TOTALLY OPTIMIZE yourself. For this 8 week phase of training I decided to focus totally on gaining strength.
I had never truly done this for a few reasons.
I always love being "shredded" and being able to see every striation of every muscle.
Because of this I have always wanted to get a decent amount of reps in each workout as to "mature" the muscle.
Diet wise this meant staying at or lower than my maintenance level of calories for most of the year, making it even more difficult to gain much strength.
