Hi! We're the McCurley's. Here's a little bit about us - We're an active family of 4. We've been together for over 18 years and a main component in our relationship has always been FITNESS! For years, Jeff dreamed of opening a gym unlike anything else offered in Beaver County; that included a full-service gym, CrossFit and a large functional training area with turf.

We purchased the building that houses Brady's Run Fitness in early 2017 and began renovations to make it what it is today, opening the doors in late September of that year. Renovations haven't really ever stopped, as we keep on growing and adapting the place to be the best facility around! With Jeff's football, strength & conditioning and fitness equipment sales background combined with Brianne's corporate marketing and IT experience, we've put in a countless number of hours to make this dream come true.

Complete with TRX trainers, plyometric boxes, heavy bags, push sled, agility ladder, kettlebells, medicine balls, heavy ropes, and more!

Reoccurring monthly memberships must be paid for with a credit card.

Looking to develop new lifting skills?

Come lift with us as we spend one hour doing strength building exercises like: barbell training, log bar training, farmers carries, tires, sled work, yoke walks, deadlifts and so much more!
Most movements are quick to learn and have infinite scaling ability, so strength and experience aren't an issue!
Boxing & Barbells is a true boxer's workout.
We focus on one COD (Combo of the Day) every workout.
The trainer will spend a few rounds working with new or returning trainees on the proper form and footwork of the combination being used in class that day.
The rest of class is comprised of boxing, weights, and core work.
It delivers an intense workout in a very short time.
During each 45-minute workout, you'll hit the 100lb heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope and more.
Participants will learn a whole new meaning for the word "intensity."
Lana Yoho is an WITS-certified personal trainer and an ACE certified group fitness instructor.
Lana has been teaching various formats throughout Beaver County and at the Eaton Corporation for a number of years.
She is currently accepting personal training clients.
Lana is married and a mother of two daughters.
Kelli Zachodni is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, experienced Olympic lifter, active member of USAW, two-time USA Weightlifting Nike American Open Series Qualifier and 12th Place finisher (held at The Arnold Classic), seven years of Olympic Lifting training and coaching experience, was a college track and lacrosse athlete at Slippery Rock University, a PIAA State Track and Field Qualifier and has over 14 years training as a Nationally-Ranked Competitive Gymnast.
Full equipped with everything you need to get a quality workout in - bumper plates, rig, kettlebells, plyoboxes, wall balls, plenty of barbells and more.
We call these classes Barbells and Bootcamp and BRF STRONG, but format is the same: Dynamic warmup, lift or gymnastic movement and a Metcon, Hiit or Bootcamp workout to finish.
