Group fitness classes at Team Moljo Strength & Conditioning target everything from cardiovascular workouts and strength training to high-intensity circuits and mobility work for men and women of all ages.

Drawing on more than 25 years of combined experience in a wide range of sports, our professional coaches understand that athletes in different platforms have different priorities, ranging from speed to flexibility to strength.

You can join us in person, hybrid, or completely virtual!
This option is for those of you who want to participate in the challenge and can join us at the facility!
3 Challenge Only Workouts per week (Mon/Wed/Fri 6am-7am) to add in some extra exercise and motivation from others in the challenge.
