Kim's Gym
Kim's Gym was started by Kim Lindauer in March of 2002 based on the philosophy that all children, no matter what skill level, should have an opportunity to excel in gymnastics without having to give up their childhood. She prides herself on creating a fun, upbeat, safe environment which in turn helps the kids improve and succeed. Kim's Gym is an independently owned company that leases space from the Jewish Community Center of Austin.

At Kim's Gym, we are more than just gymnastics. We are working to have a lasting influence that teaches kids to be caring, thoughtful, kind, and giving. There are multiple aspects of our community outreach program, Kim's Gym Cares. Thank you, Kim's Gym! My daughter had the best two weeks of her summer and loved her coach a ton. My middle schooler adored getting to be a camp helper and had the nicest things to say about you all.

What a fabulous two weeks!

Kim's Gym is a welcoming program where fun and fitness combine to create an upbeat environment.
Kim's Gym prides itself on finding the best coaches around.
Each of our coaches is trained in teaching gymnastics and understands the importance of patience, an upbeat attitude, and constant enthusiasm.
They not only teach the kids gymnastics or cheerleading, but they have fun with the kids.isn't that what it is all about?
Our coaches are CPR/AED Certified.
My name is Kim Lindauer and I am the owner of Kim's Gym.
I grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana, moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas in 1998, and never left this city.
You are welcome to arrive at any point, but your children will not be allowed on the equipment until his/her coach calls their class to the floor.
Team members pay a yearly team fee.
The $130 team fee covers the uniform, a t-shirt, hand-outs, professional photos, an end of the year scrapbook, a trophy, and all performance costs.
We try very hard to fit the kids at the beginning of the year so that there is space to grow.
If your child grows out of the uniform that we fit him/her in, you will need to purchase a new one.

This class for children with physical disabilities was started by Kim's Gym Owner and Director, Kim Lindauer and Doug Levine, Owner and Physical Therapist at Growing Places.
Students are paired 1:1 with a volunteer each week who encourages them to do gymnastics but most importantly, have fun!
Our Tumbling Two's will work on beginning tumbling and mini-trampoline skills along with fun games, props, and imaginative play designed to enhance coordination and motor skill development.
From making waves with the parachute to learning new skills with a group of friends, this fun time includes an introduction to a variety of colorful and exciting pre-school equipment as well as some of the "big kids" equipment.
Basic skills are broken down into age appropriate lessons, so that your child is guaranteed success!
