Whether you want to dial up the intensity, focus on training for a sport, or just move, we've got a class with a spot just for you. Come work out, sweat, and high five your friends when you're done. This class will focus on ingraining quality movement patterns to help build a stronger, healthier body.

Born and raised in Clarkston, WA, Zach has been an avid athlete and student of human physiology since high school.
An outstanding sprinter, he specialized in the 100 and 200m dash at Washington State University during his undergraduate years.
After his studies in Pullman were completed, he continued his education, enrolling in University of Washington's D.D.S. program.
During these years, he also managed to train and compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, making the podium at multiple national events.
A yoga class taught by a licensed instructor that will help you find balance after a busy day!
Classes are offered on Wednesdays at 6:45 PM and Sundays at 10:00 AM and are open to both members and non - members.
Cost is $15/class for non - members.
A 75 minute strength and conditioning class for youth athletes (grades 7 - 12) that will focus on increasing athletic performance Inside and outside the gym while reducing risk of injury.
As a gal at 55 +in age I walked into a gym expecting the boring exercise of treadmill work.
When Kelli introduced herself and walked me through the gym explaining equipment, she said she did personal training and if I was interested to let her know.
I decided to give it a try, little did I know how much I would enjoy weightlifting.
She is so awesome, I never wanted to miss a workout with her.
My sessions were late in the day, it would be easy to say not today.
But her energy and excitement always made me want to be there.
