Dedicated Strength Professional Fitness Coaching
Dedicated Strength has both competitive Weightlifting & Powerlifting Clubs. Both teams are coached by Joe VanCleve and have competed at Local & National level competitions. Coach Joe has lifted and won 3 golds at the International level in Masters Weightlifting. Join DS competitive teams today! This is our paramount service at Dedicated Strength. We provide one on one and small group personal training for all levels & goals, both in person, and online via Zoom.

We assess you, tailor your workouts for your goals, and provide expert coaching and encouragement throughout. Improve your performance, body composition, and overall health through Dedicated Strength's Health Coaching & Fitness Nutrition Coaching. Our certified Health Coach, Angela VanCleve, will listen to your needs and help you make better food choices for your goals, designing a plan for long-term success.
Services
Dedicated Strength is a private strength & fitness facility that uses barbells, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, and other accessory tools to train.
You'll find a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere, and a place to focus on your goals.
What you won't find are mirrors, gimmicky club lighting, a lot of machines, or a distracting, judgmental gym.
Our personal design allows for social distancing and all lifters have their own designated space and equipment.
We are designed for competitive powerlifters and weightlifters, and accommodate a diverse clientele of all fitness levels and goals.
DS Personal Training workouts are designed for you, based on you, to get the results you want.
Your coach is professional, experienced, and motivating.
Work towards your goal with a dedicated coach who customizes and oversees your programming.
Our coaches teach proper form and actively coach your technique.
We track all workouts to ensure progress, use analytics to improve training programs, have flexible schedules, and are dedicated to your success.

DS Small Group Training matches the quality service of DS Personal Training, only in 2-4 person small groups.
Our coaches still individualize & progress your programming and coach your technique while helping a small group of others at the same time.
This style of small group training allows for a more personalized experience, which is where a lot of other studio's small group training falls short.
You can still perform a personalized workout in a group setting.
Some refer to our style of group training as semi-private personal training for that very reason.
DS Online Personal Training allows you to train from the comfort of your home, while on work travel, or vacation via Zoom.
Our coaches can prepare & administer customized workouts using any equipment you have access to, and we can also provide body weight workouts and suggestions for household items that can effectively be used as resistance.
We can accommodate any age or special condition with our online training services and the quality of coaching proper form and safely progressing workouts remains.
Dedicated Strength Powerlifting is Coached by USAPL Club Coach, Joe VanCleve.
Our team is almost all female, but open to all genders & experience levels, and we compete in multiple organizations, aiming for around 2-3 competitions annually per athlete.
We have competed in Local and National level competitions, including National Championships.
Our team meets together on Saturdays and the bulk of our training work is done throughout the week using the other DS Services that we offer (Programming, Group Training, Personal Training, etc).
