I started my fitness journey 6 years ago.
After years of high school sports I continued into college with a torn shoulder and no physical activity.
A couple years of college, combined with a lack of motivation, put me at a cool 275lbs (276, but who's counting).
Finally, some motivation I needed came along - My best friends were getting married and I was in their wedding.in 2 months.
Diet and exercise got kicked into high gear i.e.
I started walking everyday and ate less calories and I lost 20lbs before their wedding!
