The meal plans are enjoyable. I really appreciate family favorites such as soups, meatloaf, mashed potatoes being able to be incorporated into meal plans but also there are many dishes which are now new favorites such as spinach and chicken quiche, chicken florentine and some which I haven't had in years such as spaghetti squash. Chelle Stafford is proof that you CAN transform your life.

With a starting weight over 200 lbs, Chelle learned how to use exercise and nutrition to reach her goals - surpass them - and maintain them. You can too. There are no shortcuts to reaching your goals (if there were, Chelle would have found them). The journey is about hard work, dedication, and clean eating. We're not here to sell you useless information, or fad diets and supplements.

In fact, the majority of our resources are absolutely FREE. You won't find any gimmicks here - just real, proven help. Recipe For Fitness provides you with the tools and information you need to completely re-make your life!
Services
Recipe For Fitness, LLC was formed officially in 2011, the culmination of years of planning, learning, and a passion to help others find success in their weight loss journeys.
As a company, our goal is to be a resource to others - to educate, encourage and empower people to make their health a priority, and reach their goals.
Recipe For Fitness provides a multitude of free resources including Nutrition Education, Fitness Education, Food-Lifestyle Tips, Workout and Cardio Music Playlists, and even shows you how to eat clean by sharing in Today's Cooler what's on our plate each day.
Our FREE resources are extensive.
On our site, you'll find everything you need to get you going, and keep you going - the Today's Cooler page shows you, with descriptions and pictures, what clean eating looks like; the One-Day-Food-Prep section is a gold mine of information and even a sample week's menu; and the Nutrition section is packed full of educational information to help you understand Clean Eating.
The Recipes section is bursting with great tasting, healthy and clean foods.
We even show you our workout playlists, too.
Our recommendation for exercise for the average person is 3-5 hours of moderate intensity per week.
This will boost your metabolism, increase your health and sense of well-being, and also give you a 'just for me' time.
Consider each workout a date with and for yourself.
You deserve to be healthy and fit.
There are several ways you can incorporate exercise into your life - gym memberships, personal trainers, group fitness classes, as well as at-home options like DVD's or minimal equipment routines.
Now that I work out of my home, I don't have to pack an actual cooler unless I'm going somewhere - and then you can be sure it's full of whatever I'll need.
While my calorie intake and macros (the % of protein, carb, fat in my diet) aren't the right fit for everyone, viewing my daily food will give you an idea of exactly what clean eating looks like.
Here are some recent clean eating, competition diet meals I've been enjoying.
You'll notice a change from prior meals as I adjust to my new meal plan (see blog post about food sensitivity).
I am regularly developing new recipes that are Real-Life friendly, "Diet" friendly, Family friendly, and HEALTHY.
These recipes can absolutely be a part of your clean eating lifestyle.
Check back often, as I'm constantly adding new ones!
Chelle's recipes have been featured in World Physique Women Magazine, Oxygen Magazine, and Champion Nutrition USA's Facebook page.
