On this program a personal trainer collects information and builds a program specific to your goals, needs, wants and concerns. Every workout is scheduled to your most convenient times every week and are always guided by your fitness coach. This option is great for those who have specific goals and want the exclusivity of having a more personalized experience.

Personal Training is when someone hires a fitness professional to create, guide and assist their workouts and fitness routine.
A personal trainer sets aside a time of day to meet with you and go through an entire workout- guiding, teaching and holding you accountable to the completion of that workout.
This workout with your trainer happens a couple of times a week and continues to happen for 2 to 6 month (some people fall in love with training and continue past that).
In this way the fitness professional becomes a friend and mentor that is there with you throughout the entire journey of your transformation.
Jaden Pan has been working with a personal trainer here at Logic Fitness for a few months.
His goals were to learn how to lift weights while gaining muscle size and definition.
So far Jaden has been able to continue making gains in strength and muscle size while losing body fat.
The longer he trains the more his body awareness continues to increase and the results continue to come.
