Gene and I really connected the first time we met. We discussed our goals and Gene made sure to tailor my workout program in order to make strides in the distance aspect of my golf game. Gene's expertise and knowledge of the body is incredibly broad and my success in golf can truly be attributed to the kind of work Gene and I have done together at his gym.

I'm 77 years old with arthritis in my shoulders and hips. Gene's workouts utilizing kettle bell swings, squats, dead lifts, core, and joint integrity work have gotten me remarkable results and have kept me pain free.
