RenewMe Fitness, LLC is the newest and latest approach to personal training for older adults, 50 and up. We provide In-Home Functional & Medical Fitness Training for those with limited mobility, pain and/or past injuries. Including, but not limited to, joint replacements, Parkinson's, stroke, and those who are soon to be/have been discharged from Physical Therapy.

This is a review of Minh Truong associated with [RenewMe] Fitness, who is presently working with my husband Patrick Chaconas.
Patrick had a stroke in March of this year, and needed intense therapy.
Fortunately he was able to do many things such as speak, swallow, eat, and he had no paralysis.
He was slated to participate in therapy.
However, he suffered depression, and refused ALL THERAPY.
He literally did not walk for 3 months, and would not cooperate in speech therapy.
Because of this, we stopped Medicare so that he would not lose it and that we would be able to resume Medicare therapy at a later date.
