H.E.A.T. trainings are held on the last Thursday of each month from 1-5pm cst or the last Saturday of each month from 12-4pm cst in Edmond, Ok.

I really enjoy the creativity and individuality of the various H.E.A.T. instructors and their workouts along with the introduction of weight training into my exercise workouts.
The exercises are easy to follow, allow for modifications (if needed), and give you an intense workout in as little as 30 minutes.
