At Bounce Lab Fitness our goal is to provide you with low impact workouts through dynamic movements with our challenging, fun, and organized trampoline classes. We strive to encourage a healthy and balanced lifestyle with safe and effective exercises. At Bounce Lab your only competition is you. Each class is carefully designed by our instructors and we offer a variety of types of classes and training levels.
The workout is like no other, low-impact training while burning more calories than most traditional workouts. Some benefits of rebounding include:. Improves immune system function and helps detoxify the body by increasing the movement of lymph fluid. Greater aerobic exercise for heart health than walking or jogging by increasing oxygen uptake due to the changes in gravity.

Each class consisting of 1 hour of heart pumping cardio, balance and strength training.
Our classes are capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.
We offer multiple levels; bounce 1,2, and 3. Classes are a first-come, first-serve basis and prior booking is required.

Classes vary from 40-60 minutes depending on the class.
All express classes are 30 minutes.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check-in, use the restroom, and find your trampoline and any accessories that will be used during class.
This may sound like a funny question, but it is a very commonly asked question.
Although we can't guarantee no accidents, you will be taught proper breathing techniques and form to avoid those situations.
It is unlikely to fall off the trampoline.
Our instructors will guide you through the basics and form demonstrations and you always have the option of going at your own pace.
