Group training at its best, this class combines cardio, agility, and plyometrics - a little bit of everything. It's truly is a FULL-BODY WORKOUT. Barre will focus on all the major muscle groups like your arms, thighs, core, and definitely your glutes. It is a low impact, with high intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your entire body.

A tried and true method for those wanting to make the most of their workouts, circuit training combines a variety of techniques for a calorie torching 45 minutes. You'll get a mix of cardio, strength, and more to ensure your time in the gym is well spent! Great place all around.
