The Severna Park Racquetball and Fitness Club (SPRFC) is a 37,000 square foot multipurpose facility located in Millersville, Maryland. We strive for excellence in service, cleanliness, and programming since we opened in 1981. We are proud to offer the most up-to-date exercise equipment, certified instructors, group fitness classes, racquetball and wallyball leagues, and one-on-one programming to help you reach your fitness goals in an atmosphere where excellent customer service is not a goal, but a reality.
Christi Darcy is an outstanding trainer in many ways and I have benefited greatly from working with her. For example she has helped me improve my balance and core strength through guided exercises. In addition my neck has stopped hurting since she helped me correct the way I was holding my shoulders. I am stronger and stand straighter than I have in many years.
Recently someone commented on my appearance and asked if I had lost weight. I had to answer no, but I knew that I looked better because of my improved posture.

SPRFC was built in 1981, and began operating in June of that same year.
