But the primary purpose of our gym is to help you get is shape so you can be the best you that you can be.
We arm you with the equipment and a friendly non intimidating environment so you can make you better than you are now so you can enjoy your life that much more.
Odenton Fitness is a full-service fitness center with the latest in fitness equipment.
Our Life Fitness treadmills, bikes (both recumbent and upright) are equipped with built in televisions to let you select what you want to watch while working out.
Unique to this area, Odenton Fitness has an Olympic-size boxing ring and a full selection of heavy bags for individual boxing.
Group exercise classes are held in the mornings (at 9:30am) and evenings starting at 5:30 pm. and are included in all memberships!
We are extremely proud of our facility at Odenton Fitness.
It is hard to find a health club that is more aesthetically pleasing that our Odenton/Millersville facility.
With wide open space clean space with 40 foot ceilings, it has the look every health club covets.

At Odenton Fitness, our programs vary widely in scope from Extreem Bootcamp (with Na'eem) to own Be a Loser (our weight-loss program).
Extreme Strength Agility and Conditioning (SAC) is a performance boosting workout designed to take your strength and endurance to the next level.
The workouts are always challenging and include cross training, body weight exercises, TRX suspension straps, battle ropes, sleds, tires and much more to ensure a variety in every workout.
SAC will work your entire body, with an emphasis on your core.
SAC is great for any fitness level, as we will incorporate modifications for both beginners and advanced fitness levels.
