Services
During our Little Dragons program, we don't train martial arts, we "play" martial arts.
It is our goal to teach kids the various physical and mental skills that will prepare them for more intense training when they are older, as well as develop positive habits to take with them out of the dojo.
While many schools will play games like "dodge ball" or "tug-of-war, " we always make sure that the activites the kids are doing are martial arts related and develop skills that will translate effectively as they get older.

By combinging solid Striking (Muay Thai/Kickbocking) and Grappling (Jiu-Jitsu the students will develop well rounded self defense skills while improving many areas of physical fitness.
We seek to create an environment where our teen students can feel challenged, supported, and accepted for who they are.
They will be surrounded by positive role models that will provide mentorship and inspiritation to help them become their personal best.
