Where you will get a personal training experience in a group fitness setting. All classes are focused on maintaining proper form and alignment to strengthen your body while keeping you safe from injury. Our highly-trained instructors offer hands on corrections as well as modifications to accommodate every fitness level.

Barre is influenced by classical and modern dance (though no dance experience is required) and utilizes a ballet barre to achieve optimal positioning.
This 1 hour class will work you from head to toe.
We cover arms, thighs, seat, core and everything in between.
This class builds deep muscle strength, flexibility, and balance all while sculpting and aligning the body.
If you have taken 10 or more of our barre classes, it's time to challenge yourself in this Advanced class.
While this class is the same format as our Barre class.

While we are excited that you are interested in our classes or happy for you to continue your fitness journey with us we want to make sure we keep you and your new baby safe.
Again for your safety, we do not recommend beginning barre or any type of fitness routine while pregnant; as you should hold a strong understanding of the methods prior, so you will be able to understand how to modify from the start of your pregnancy.
We do ask if you are new client that you provide us with a doctor's approval in order to practice while expecting at our studio.
