Cornell is the founder and owner GBC Fitness.
He has over 20 years of training experience.
His training started off in the typical one on one setting with clients ranging from 13 years old to 80 years old.
He's taught weight training at colleges and universities, and he's been a strength and conditioning coach for Dominincan University's Volleyball and Tennis teams.
Cornell has a passion for health and fitness and has been training for over 30 years himself.
Cornell decided to open GBC Fitness to share his passions and ideas for health and fitness.
Get your mark in our group training classes which holds a maximum of 15 people per class.
The foundation of our classes are based on core strength, cardio, and overall body strength and built to help you Go Beyon Comfort.
Currently there are 17 group training classes per week to choose from.
