As one of Maine's leading tennis clubs, we've taken pride in our recent renovations to our USTA tennis facility and accredited on-site professionals.

At Foreside Fitness & Tennis, we provide league, group and private court play in a professional tennis environment for players of all ages and levels. Foreside Fitness & Tennis offers a Personal Training experience that is custom designed to meet the needs and goals of the individual client. We deliver the highest quality programming in our world class facility utilizing state of the art cardiovascular and strength training equipment.

Thanks to Foreside Fitness, at 71 I am now a better skier, have improved balance, and can shovel even heavy snow with ease. The classes I attend are a combination of cardio and weight training staffed by knowledgable, fun, caring instructors.

BODYPUMP: A 60-minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lift and Curls all using a 5# barbell and weight plates.
Fit 4 All: A class geared toward the older adult and for people new to exercise and resistance training.
The class includes hour of cardio and hour of strength training.
This class will help strengthen your muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance and improve functional strength, agility, and balance.
Step 'N Abs: A fun, invigorating step class using the original STEP followed by a challenging abdominal workout.

All Tennis instruction and Programs are managed by accredited and experienced on-site Pros.
We maintain a 64,000 square foot "state of the sport" facility that is welcoming, warm and always hygienic.
Our property includes 6 illuminated, heated tennis courts, 2 racket ball and wally ball courts, multiple fitness rooms with cardio and strength training apparatus, plus group exercise and personal training studios.
Foreside Tennis Academy and St. Peter's Grand Slam Tennis is committed to improving your middle school or high school player's game in a fun and challenging environment.
Our goal is to sharpen their existing skill set and add new components to grow their game and competitive ability.
Each session will focus on stroke improvement, court positioning and point play.
Tennis requires solid strategic ability and variety of play, vital to becoming a well-rounded tennis player and opponent.
High School Academy Members will receive a discounted rate for our High School Match Play program on Sundays from 5:00-7:00pm.
St. Peter's Grand Slam Tennis and Foreside Fitness & Tennis are now introducing beginner and intermediate pickleball clinics.
Pickleball is not just growing here, it is expanding across the entire globe.
This competitive paddle sport is picking up speed for a number of reasons.
