An exercise program designed specifically to meet your fitness goals, taking into account your current fitness level, body type, and any pre-existing medical conditions.
As you might imagine, a program for a 15 yr old male athlete and a 40 yr old overweight mom would need to be different.
I have experience training both types of client, and will scale the program accordingly.
After learning more about your goals and medical history, I will take you thru a workout to establish your base, a starting point.

After a while on restricted calories, your body will slow its metabolism, and actually burn as much muscle as fat.
Doing strength training stimulates your body to not only BUILD lean tissue, but to keep the muscle you have.
Muscle is Active tissue, and burns calories even while you are watching TV.
Adding 1lb of lean muscle to your body will up your body's resting metabolic rate by 50 calories per day!
1 lb of fat takes up more space than 1 lb of muscle.

Worse, I've seen instances where coaches who played a sport passed on bad strength training practices they learned to their young athletes.
