CrossFit TTG is a growing Box successfully operating in its 5th year nestled right here in Raleigh, North Carolina. CrossFit TTG was started in January of 2015. Here we have Oly Coaches and CrossFit L1-L2 staff onsite. At CrossFit TTG we are committed to building a community of like-minded individuals working towards the common goal of achieving elite fitness, through a supportive community.

We offer excellent programming, in turn taking our athlete's fitness to the next level. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track and field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short to long intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual.

CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life, such as pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting. CrossFit TTG is a box that challenges our members by asking, "Do you want to get fit, or do you want to join a gym?"

CrossFit is constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements.
Constantly varied means that the workouts are always changing and that your body will never adapt to the same routine.
Designed by a Veteran Himself.
This is a non barbell Class consisting of multiple day to day movements that we dont think of in a workout environment.
At CrossFit TTG we Provide a Yoga class with instructor every Sunday at 11am.
This YOGA workout is predicated on the previous weeks workout and addresses the specific body parts worked that week, and addresses the calming techniques used by our instructor.
