We will provide a fun, clean, and safe Childcare room so you can make it to your workouts and not worry about who is going to watch the kids. This is a brand new facility offering General Workout room, Daycare, New and Clean Locker Rooms, State of the Art Spinning Studio, Yoga and Workout Class room, and Small Group Training facility lined with Turf and padding.

We also have a Barista Bar with Coffee and Specialty Smoothies.

High Intensity Interval Training is open to all experience levels.
HIIT is a full body workout.
The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high intensity exercises.
It improves cardiovascular fitness and endurance, while building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn.
It's a 45-minute cycle workout that uses high intensity interval training to help you smash goals faster, tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind!
Bootcamp style class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training; including lifting weights/objects, TRX Straps, push-up/sit-ups, plyometrics, and various other types of intense explosive routines.
We have onsite child care run by a dedicated staff member Monday through Thursday 8-11AM and 4-7PM.
Friday 8-11AM Only -- please find the complete hours on our Classes/Membership page.
You now have the flexibility to workout while knowing your child or children are being watched within our facility in our child care room.
This service is an Add On to your normal gym membership and is only a nominal fee for the added convenience.
