Our mission is to empower our members to become the best version of themselves by being active participants in a community focused on tennis, fitness, and nutrition. Spark will offer playing and instructional programs for adults and juniors for all levels. CrossFit is a workout program defined by constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

Looking to move from start to finish? Spark Sweat has that covered with our 80% conditioning and 20% light weight and high rep strength based programming. Includes twelve (12) Spark Fitness Training or CrossFit classes per month, with Group Ex Membership benefits. It's the group exercise classes that keep me accountable. I joined SPARK when they opened, and I've had such a positive experience.

The staff is warm and welcoming, and the instructors are enthusiastic, experienced, challenging, and down-to-earth. They want to be there. They believe in their mission/work, and it shows. Andover Crossfit Kids has been such an intricate part of my girls' lives.

With over 25 years in the tennis industry, Adam's experience is extensive while working at every level including Director of Junior Tennis and Director of Tennis at Cedardale Health and Fitness.
I truly believe that you need to simply treat people the same way that you want to be treated.
Each membership has different levels of "increased" access.
Everyone has access to tennis courts (with paid reservation), cardio equipment and weights in fitness area, locker rooms including steam and sauna.
Members may bring non-member guests into the facility for a per-class fee, as outlined below.

Whether you are looking to learn or improve your game, find friends to play with, or improve your fitness, Spark tennis has the program that you are looking for.
For every level and age, Spark has a community that you will fit right in to enjoy tennis - the game for a lifetime.
You can reserve a tennis court for the entire season at the same day/time.
We offer full season contracts (September - April) and half season contracts (September - December and January - May).

If either are you and you want to LEARN TO PLAY TENNIS, this is the program for you!
SPARK'S Tennis for Beginners is a fun, easy to learn program that will get all players PLAYING RIGHT AWAY.
Develop Hand-Eye Coordination: Playing tennis involves several skills that all contribute to good hand-eye coordination.
Reduce Stress: Tennis helps you deal with physical, mental, social and emotional challenges, which increases your capacity to deal with stress.
SPARK offers instruction and match play opportunities for children ages 4-18.
Sparklers and the Junior Development Programs (JDP) follow red, orange, green and yellow ball progressions to establish fundamental skills.
Spark Varsity and Spark Academy is offered for the experience player competing on high school teams or in USTA tournament level play.
Private and semi private lessons also offered for junior players.
This class is designed for the player with strong fundamentals currently playing high school tennis, USTA L7 tournaments, or with equivalent match play experience.
