LSL Fitness is the only private studio environment in the area. This means we are not a health club or gym. So regardless of whether you choose our one on one training which is highly personalized in our private studio environment. Our semi private training or our Group Strength Training classes you will have a fitness consultant that is your coach, advisor and over all program manager.
In fact, a lot of clients tell us they like the private studio environment because there are no distractions, no intimidation and they have a Certified Strength Coach to personalize one or any combination of our programs. Leo is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Cal State Long Beach University.
He has over 12 years of experience training with collegiate athletes, MMA Fighters, and everyday people. Helping them lose body fat and gain muscle with individual exercise programming and proper nutrition guidance.
