CrossFit Reality was established in 2012, we are a 100% veteran owned gym. We have over 7000sqft of open gym space and an outdoor training area. Our trainers have a wealth of knowledge and over 40+ years of fitness training and coaching. We have the widest range of CrossFit Class times ranging from 4AM to 7PM on weekdays and an olympic weightlifting class on Wednesdays at 6pm.

We are open 7 days a week and offer open gym 24/7! The owner, Paul, keeps close tab on our individual progress and assigns how much weight we will each work with. He knows where each individual's limits are and how to push people without putting their well-being at risk. There is a great sense of community and support for wherever you are with your health goals.

I highly recommend you drop in and give the gym a shot. Nice, big facility. Hard, intense lifting. Challenging, insane WODs. Good people who are encouraging and friendly! Legit, knowledgable coaches who want you to excel! Paul runs an awesome gym and creates an atmosphere that promotes community, working hard and having a damn good time.

CrossFit Reality is an elite school of fitness that teaches its athletes that in order to achieve what they want, hard work must first be put in.
Six-pack abs and chiseled physiques do not occur from just showing up at the gym and going through the motions of a normal, everyday workout.
We believe that athletes should train with purpose, they should set goals and above all else, they must have desire.
The athlete must want to be the best they can be before results can ever be attained.
There is a flip-side to that coin, however: ANYONE CAN CrossFit.
The CrossFit, or general physical preparedness program (GPP), is a program that can be done by people of all athletic ability.
The program itself is universally scaleable, which makes it ideal for any athlete.
This is the core program and sets a foundation for growth both physically and mentally.
Our Coaches work with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to ensure that each plan is specifically tailored to the individuals needs.
Those needs can range from weight loss, to athletic performance, or even something as simple as fitting into that old pair of jeans.
