Spouses Kenna and Dylan Johnson dreamed of one day uniting their talents and passions to start a business.
Kenna, a Nike Trainer, yoga instructor and professional dancer had a knack for getting laughs and bringing joy to her clients during sessions.
Dylan, a sales professional and washed up former college athlete/exercise enthusiast loved taking her classes and seeing her work her magic.
This was the genesis of their concept so they got to work on creating a welcoming fitness community; a fun workout environment that was free of judgement and insecurity, that left clients feeling happier and healthier.

During an initial consultation, you meet with a personal trainer to discuss your fitness goals, likes and dislikes.
Your trainer then develops a systematic fitness program that will help you reach those goals.
