At Prineville Athletic Club Inc, we have a very comprehensive approach to personal training. Senior Services: We take pride in our P.A.C. Seniors.
We are a member of the Silver and Fit, Silver Sneakers, United and Grey & Golden programs enabling Seniors to utilize their insurance program.
We have a number of classes, and programs geared for the Mature Adult, including Tai Chi, Yoga, and Senior Fit.
We also personalize workout program to fit individual needs.
