The quality and attention to personal service is apparent. Our members may choose Preliminary Fitness Evaluations, Computerized Nutrition and/or personal one-on-one instruction to include with their fitness program, or just come into the club for relaxation and therapy. In the South Bay coed club there are separate workout areas for cardio and weight training.

When starting a new training regimen and lifestyle it is very useful to know one's body fat percentage. There is other information than can be collected at the start of a new fitness program to help assure ones success. A thorough warm-up reduces the risk of injury, especially when performed prior to resistance-based exercise. That is why Fitness World and Women's Fitness World were started in 1984.
Our facilities range from 30,000 square feet to smaller sized clubs.
The coed Fitness World is pure fitness and includes selectorized resistance machines, cardio equipment, free weights, and locker rooms.
Our Women's Fitness Worlds offer additional amenities such as pools, jacuzzis, steamrooms, saunas and massage.
Fitness World and Women's Fitness World were started in 1984 and have a long tradition of fitness quality.
