Services
For boxing classes you can use a boxing bag, dumbbells or freestyle.
No equipment is required for any classes.
We will be doing full Body Weight movements during all classes.
For better results or more experienced individuals a Boxing bag or 1 to 2lbs dumbbells are recommended.
All Virtual Classes will run for 30 to 45 mins.
We have lot's of different & exciting Virtual Classes to bring you!
