Cate spent more than 20 years in the health and biotech industry, and most recently, she specialized in sports medicine surgery, which has reinforced her belief in proper technique and injury prevention. Cate's philosophy in training is efficiency and balance, which she has been able to achieve as both a personal trainer for more than 10 years, and as the mother of four active children!
She is currently a personal trainer, spin instructor, barre instructor, and is the Schreiner University Cycling Coach. California University of Pennsylvania: Master of Science in Exercise Science, focus on Injury Prevention & Performance Enhancement. University of Texas at Austin: Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Health Promotion, minor in Nutrition.
