CrossFit is for all ages and all abilities, you do not need to be in shape to join. We use high intensity, functional movements paired with attentive coaching and a positive atmosphere to help you improve your fitness, become healthier and have fun! I am in San Antonio for a week for a family event and was pleasantly surprised that CF Dagda was jus 2 miles from my folks home.

Sheina McManus was quick to respond about drop in rates and her coaches really delivered on the workout! I have been doing CrossFit for years and I have to say that out of all the boxes I've been to between here, Austin and San Marcos, CrossFit Dagda is by far one of the best. They have amazing coaches that truly want to see you get better and help you grow as an athlete as well as an amazing community!

We bring CrossFit to the San Antonio community with a judgement-free environment, welcoming atmosphere and positive attitude!
In our facility you will find kettlebells, barbells, pull up bars and wide open space for running, jumping, lifting and throwing.
We utilize functional (everyday) movements which will help you inside AND outside the gym.
But, every workout is different so it will always be fun and exciting!
Our workouts are paired with attentive coaching and a positive atmosphere which will help you improve your health and de-stress from the world outside of the gym.
