While working at multiple gyms while in college earning my Kinesiology degree I noticed a pattern in the relationships between personal trainer and client that reflected the vibe of The Biggest Loser TV show. Many of my clients had stories they shared with me about working with trainers in the past and getting hurt or eventually avoided exercise because of their poor experience.

It was important to me to create a different atmosphere and a positive approach to exercise for my clients, one that encouraged a healthy lifestyle through the love of movement and strength. After starting my business in 2010 I became the go-to studio for women over 50 and was voted best personal trainer multiple years in a row. In 2020 I took my business online after creating and producing the Morning Movement Exercise Program and being featured on ABC, Fox and NBC.

In 2021 I became certified through the FMCA to provide coaching in Functional Medicine Nutrition. I help women all over the world live their best lives with more strength, energy and purpose for what they love - with health as their greatest asset!
