We offer group classes for Rock Steady Boxing, and PWR!Moves. While exercise is an important part of any healthy lifestyle, for a person with Parkinson's It is critical for maintaining mobility and slowing down progression of the disease.

Rock Steady Boxing was founded in 2006 by former Marion County (Indiana) prosecutor, Scott Newman, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's at the age of 40.

Classes provide an environment for people to gain confidence in their abilities, and "Fight back" against PD.
