Most movements in CrossFit translate in to everyday activities.
We don't use machines found in a "normal" gym because we believe that no machine in existence can match a properly-executed movement when it comes to delivering all-around fitness.
CrossFit is technical, demanding, and rewarding, and many people prefer to be exposed to at least one workout prior to training with us.
These workouts stick to basic movements so you won't need previous experience or special instruction to participate.
Like most young kids, I grew up playing sports like basketball, softball and also was a cheerleader.
I loved the team environment and truly thrived in working alongside other determined people.
Through my experiences I found that I have a passion for helping people.
Whether it's through fitness, nutrition or just plain out living their best life!
I truly enjoy being a guide for those who are looking to better themselves and obtain a healthier, happier lifestyle.
CrossFit has been a huge part of my life and through it I have met some amazing people and built incredible relationships beyond my furthest dreams.

Our classes are designed to meet the needs of all our athletes.
We're open 6 days a week and offer differing morning and evening classes in the hopes of meeting the demands of your work and life schedule.
We do offer a drop-in rate for those fellow CrossFitters visiting from out of town for $30 per class, $20 for exclusive independent improvement gym access or $100 for the week.
One on One coaching, please contact a coach to schedule!
