Corespeed Gym is an athletic training facility in Round Rock that offers personal training, athlete training for youth and adults, group classes for Speed and Agility, Strength Training and Adult Fitness. We also offer Summer Youth Training Programs starting in June.
We also offer specialized training for athletes and teams from elementary school, middle school, high school, collegiate to Pro. Sport Specific Training that was once reserved for professional athletes has been formulated to fit the age and ability of each athlete. Corespeed Gym's training programs are designed to produce absolute power and speed, with the least amount of resistance, thus reducing risk of injury.
Most of our clients are from Round Rock, Austin, Hutto, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander and Georgetown, although we do have some who travel farther. Our current clients range in age from 7 to 80 so we have a workout program that will also work for you.
